Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how our cancellation process works:
π Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, as long as it has not been packed or dispatched.
π¦ After Order Dispatch
Once your order is out for delivery or has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
π« Non-Cancellable Items
Some products like perishables (fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods) are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.
π How to Cancel
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order and click Cancel

π Refunds (If Prepaid)
If your prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed time:
- The refund will be processed within 3β5 business days
- It will be credited to your original payment method
