  • Packaged Products (Snacks, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.): Return within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Non-Perishables (Electronics, Home, Toys, etc.): Return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds/replacements are processed only after quality check.
  • Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return (except in case of defect).

  3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup or provide refund instructions.

  • Wallet/Store Credit: Instant, upon return approval
  • UPI/Credit/Debit Card: 1–3 business days
  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or store credit
