π Quick Returns Window
- Grocery & Perishables: Returns not accepted unless the item is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- Packaged Products (Snacks, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.): Return within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-Perishables (Electronics, Home, Toys, etc.): Return within 3 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refunds/replacements are processed only after quality check.
- Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return (except in case of defect).
π How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders β Select item β Tap Return / Report Issue
- Share a photo if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong.
- Our team will verify and arrange pickup or provide refund instructions.
π° Refund Timeline
- Wallet/Store Credit: Instant, upon return approval
- UPI/Credit/Debit Card: 1β3 business days
- COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or store credit

For food safety, we do not accept returns on fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, or meat unless there's a genuine issue reported within 4 hours of delivery.
