🚛 Failed Delivery Attempts

If you're unavailable during delivery:

• Our rider will wait for up to 10 minutes
• You may reschedule once for free via the order page
• Repeat failed attempts may lead to cancellation and partial refund

📦 Tracking & Updates

Once your order is placed, you’ll:

• Receive real-time updates via SMS or email
• Be able to track your delivery in-app or via link

🕒 Quick Returns Window

• Grocery & Perishables: Returns not accepted unless the item is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
• Packaged Products (Snacks, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.): Return within 24 hours of delivery.
• Non-Perishables (Electronics, Home, Toys, etc.): Return within 3 days of delivery.

📦 Eligibility Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Refunds/replacements are processed only after quality check.
• Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return (except in case of defect).

🚚 How to Request a Return

1. Go to My Orders → Select item → Tap Return / Report Issue
2. Share a photo if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong.
3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup or provide refund instructions.

💰 Refund Timeline

• Wallet/Store Credit: Instant, upon return approval
• UPI/Credit/Debit Card: 1–3 business days
• COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or store credit

For food safety, we do not accept returns on fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, or meat unless there's a genuine issue reported within 4 hours of delivery.
